Trippy, dreamy, acid haze. These are words that describe: A. working at Graffiti, B. Music from Braids or C. All of the above?
Well the real answer is B but we could argue C, for sure.
Braids is a band out of Montreal Canada, just coming off of their appearance at SXSW 2011. This tune "Lemonade" is from their debut album Native Speaker. It's very ethereal sounding, ambient. The vocalist, Raphaelle, kind of reminds me of Bjork or Siouxsie Sioux wrapped in cotton. What does that mean exactly? I have no idea.
